My bespoke cakes are for when the cake is REALLY going to be the centrepiece – when a showstopper is needed! You can check out my Instagram page for inspiration.

Be it a Wedding Cake, Christening, Anniversary or Special Birthday, I want to make sure your Cake, Cake Table or Cupcakes (or a combination of all!) are the perfect addition to your special celebration.

I work closely with my customers to understand exactly what you want. In the first instance, I recommend you complete my Cake Builder to start the design process, sending pictures you’ve seen for inspiration, or colour or style themes to go with your day. You may then wish to book in for a Cake Consultation. It’s a great opportunity to meet me, to take advantage of my cake design service, and choose your flavours.

The Hannah’s Kitchen Afternoon Tea menu can be adapted to suit you; whether you are hosting a birthday, anniversary or Christening, or planning a funeral or corporate event, I can create a buffet menu that will suit the tone of your event. Click here to see an example menu and Contact Me to understand how this can be altered for your guests.

The Afternoon Tea menu can be scaled up or down depending on your number of guests. Minimum 8 people.

Hannah’s Kitchen offers cake and cupcake decorating workshops and parties – specifically tailored for what you want to get out of them. Perfect for a children’s birthday party I can come to you – laden down with cupcakes, sprinkles and buttercream, of course! – and keep your partygoers occupied as they create their own cupcake sensations! For hen-dos, get-togethers and corporate events, Cake and Cupcake Decorating party packages offer a perfect chance to have a natter and a laugh, while learning some new skills, and perfecting some stylish and delicious cupcakes. Contact Me directly to enquire about cupcake parties.

Throughout the year I also offer special cake and cupcake decorating workshops, taking place in my own kitchen; and for more serious cake hobbyists, and those looking to enhance their own skills, I offer 121 tuition to learn how to ganache, cover and decorate a cake to a professional standard, sugar flower and model making. Follow this link for a calendar of upcoming events, and Contact Me directly to find out more about 121 training and booking parties.

I try to respond to all queries, emails and messages as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. Please check your spam emails as sometimes my messages can end up in there.

If you need a quick response, please try contacting me via my Facebook page @hannahskitchenleeds or by phone on 07534119361.

To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, with your balance due one month before the event. If is within one month of your cake date, then you will be required to pay in full.

For bespoke orders, whether cakes or Afternoon Tea bookings, all your requirements will be captured in your Cake Contract, for you to check over and sign. Any sketched designs will need to be approved to make sure you are completely happy; changes can be accommodated up to two weeks before the event, though charges may be applied if this increases the total cost of the order. Please make sure to check through your contract thoroughly before you agree. If you are unable to provide an electronic signature, or scan a signed copy, please respond via email stating your approval of the terms of the contract.

It is your responsibility to advise of any allergies and intolerances when ordering your cake, and please be aware that while health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to, all products are made in one kitchen, so extreme allergy sufferers must be made aware.

I offer Gluten Free options for some bakes, and can make sure your bake includes no nuts as necessary.

Hannah’s Kitchen bakes may include the following allergens. If you are aware of any allergies to the following please advise immediately.

A. Celery
B. Cereals containing gluten
C. Crustaceans
D. Eggs
E. Fish
F. Lupin
G. Milk
H. Mustard
I. Nuts
J. Peanuts
K. Sesame Seeds
L. Soya
M. Sulphur Dioxide (Dried Fruit)

I have in the past decorated fruit cakes made by the customers’ family. It is a lovely gesture to have a family member contribute cake, and where possible I am happy to accommodate that, and make provisions for it in your cake contract. I have also decorated cakes from known, local “Free-From” bakers when the customer has multiple allergies, which I have not been able to accommodate.

These are, however, special circumstances.  I make a living by making and decorating cakes, so will not accept cakes from another professional baker, or from a supermarket, where I cannot verify the bake is to a standard I am happy with.

You must feel comfortable with what you spend on a cake. I often shop around for the best quote, so do not begrudge you doing the same! But the best quote isn’t necessarily the cheapest.

My prices reflect the quality bakes and the time and skill I spend on your cake making sure it is just right. I build up my prices based on every stage of the bake; from planning and designing, shopping for ingredients and essential equipment, to executing a good-looking and delicious cake. If your budget is tight please do feel free to let me know and I can help guide a design that is more purse friendly, but the price I quote is not pulled out of thin air and reflects the work that goes into it.

Some bakes (such as Brownies and Millionaire’s Shortbread) can be posted using Royal Mail. The price you pay for delivery will depend on the size of your order, and will be quoted once I have confirmed availability. As standard, I offer First Class Delivery, however if you require your order sooner, you will be charged for Next Day or Special Delivery.

Cakes and Bakes that are delivered in person will incur a delivery charge, at 50pence/mile for the return journey from LS15. Delivery within LS15 is free.
